1. Delivery Timelines & Coverage
All products are freshly packed and dispatched from our primary hub in Jhalrapatan / Jhalawar, Rajasthan (PIN: 326023).
- Rajasthan & Adjoining Regions: 1 to 2 business days.
- Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, MP: 2 to 3 business days.
- Maharashtra, South India & Eastern India: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote / Special PIN Codes: 5 to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Express Shipping: Available on all retail orders having a cart total of ₹499 and above.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal flat fee of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
3. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is packed and assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) number with our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, DTDC), you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order Page.
