2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 9587402423 or email sbmfoodindustries@gmail.com with your Order Number. 100% of the payment will be refunded immediately without any cancellation fee.
- After Dispatch: Once the parcel is handed over to our courier partner and an AWB tracking code is assigned, in-transit cancellation is not possible. You may reject delivery upon delivery attempt, and refund will be processed upon returned parcel verification.
3. Returns & Replacements for Spices and Flours
Under FSSAI Food Safety Norms, perishable food products, ground spices, and flours cannot be accepted for return once the inner food seal has been opened or tampered with, due to strict hygiene and cross-contamination prevention protocols.
However, you are 100% protected under our Quality Assurance Guarantee in any of the following cases:
- Damaged in Transit: Outer package or inner pouch is torn, punctured, or leaking upon arrival.
- Incorrect Item Received: Wrong variant, weight, or product shipped compared to your order invoice.
- Manufacturing / Packaging Defect: Missing batch details or broken tamper-proof seal.
4. Step-by-Step Claim Process
- Notify our team within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your Order Number along with 1-2 clear photos/video of the damaged parcel or incorrect item via WhatsApp to +91 9587402423 or email to sbmfoodindustries@gmail.com.
- Our quality support desk will verify the claim within 24 working hours.
- You may choose between:

5. Refund Turnaround Times
Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately by SBM Food Industries. Depending on your banking institution:

- Credit / Debit Cards & Net Banking: 3 to 7 Working Days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Transferred directly to your designated Bank Account or UPI ID via NEFT/IMPS after confirming details with you.
